What You’ll Do You’ll assist with the full restoration process following water or mould damage, including: Removing cabinetry, vanities, wardrobes, and built-in joinery Removing plasterboard, skirting, flooring, and other building materials Carrying out controlled strip-out and preparation works Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting drying equipment Assisting with restoration and reinstatement preparation Using power tools and hand tools safely and correctly Conducting site inspections and moisture assessments (training provided) Completing clear, accurate reports for insurance purposes Communicating professionally with clients and our office team Attending jobs across Adelaide You’ll work both independently and alongside experienced technicians. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and maintains high personal standards. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in cabinetry removal, carpentry, demolition, plastering, painting, or similar hands-on work Are confident using power tools and hand tools Take pride in neat, careful work—not just speed Are reliable, physically capable, and hardworking Communicate clearly and respectfully Are willing to learn new skills and take responsibility Hold a current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights Are fluent in spoken and written English Bonus if you have: White Card, trade background, insurance restoration experience, or IICRC certification.
