With a strong reputation for precision workmanship and reliable delivery, Adelaide Balustrade & Fencing is looking for an experienced Commercial Balustrade Installer to join its growing team. About the Role As a Commercial Balustrade Installer, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of aluminium and glass balustrade systems across commercial developments including multi-storey buildings, public infrastructure, and architectural projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering high-quality finishes in line with drawings and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Installation of framed and frameless glass balustrades Installation of aluminium balustrade and screening systems Reading and interpreting architectural and shop drawings Accurate measuring, levelling, and alignment of systems Working collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades Ensuring installations meet safety and Australian Standards requirements What You’ll Bring Proven experience installing commercial balustrade systems (glass and aluminium essential) Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Current White Card and valid driver’s licence Ability to work at heights and across multi-level commercial sites What's on offer Salary from $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, based on experience Company vehicle will be provided and overtime opportunities Permanent, full-time employment Consistent pipeline of commercial projects Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality Submit your CV along with a brief cover letter outlining your commercial balustrade installation experience.
