Integral to these growth plans is employing the best A grade electricians possible, and we are currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join our growing team. The role involves new housing and commercial wiring, using Simpro our cloud based job management system, knowledge and application of current Australian standards, liaising directly with customers and supervisors, as well as working side-by-side with and training an apprentice. In addition to proven relevant work experience (3 years minimum) we are looking for a well organised, practical individual with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and a desire for continuous improvement. You must have excellent communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with staff and clients alike. You will also display a high degree of initiative, independent thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously, as part of, or as leader of a small team.
