IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Roofers of Adelaide (ROA) , a growing South Australian roofing business expanding its site leadership capability. We are seeking experienced Leading Hands and Site Supervisors who are still confident and capable on the tools. This is not a purely administrative or office-based supervision role. You will lead from the front and work alongside your crew while maintaining site control. A minimum of five years’ experience working within an established roofing or construction company is required. Residential experience is strongly preferred, with commercial experience also considered. The role You will take ownership of the delivery of residential and light commercial roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality and programme are consistently achieved. Key responsibilities include: Work on the tools daily while supervising your crew Lead by example in productivity, workmanship and safety Install residential roofing systems to a high standard Manage daily site sequencing and workflow Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics Liaise with builders, clients and internal management Monitor quality, timelines and team performance You will be expected to balance hands-on roofing work with leadership accountability. This role requires physical capability, strong technical knowledge and the ability to direct and manage others. About you Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a roofing or construction business Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor Strong residential roofing knowledge and technical competency Comfortable working on the tools daily Ability to read plans and manage site sequencing Clear communication and professional presence Strong leadership capability and ability to hold teams accountable Strong understanding of and compliance with WHS obligations Package $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience Company vehicle Stable long-term employment Advancement opportunities within 12 months for high performers ROA is investing in structured growth.
