ETI is seeking a passionate Operations Officer to join our innovative EGT team - a role that has you involved in the recruitment of our electrical apprentices. About your role: As an Operations Officer part of the EGT team, you'll be responsible for the efficient coordination and application process relating to the recruitment, administration and training of the apprentices. We're seeking for someone to join the team full-time however part-time may also be considered. Your duties and responsibilities: Answering general enquiries regarding EGT's recruitment process and the benefits of employment with EGT The overall co-ordination of applicants to progress to Readiness Assessments, Pre-Employment Assessment, Interview & Induction Liaise with Building and Energy regarding Apprentice Training Licences. Liaise with relevant parties and departments regarding variations to Apprentice Training Contracts. Liaise with apprentices regarding their placement and rotation to worksites to ensure they meet their on-the-job training requirements Co-ordinate Apprentices to attend mandatory & additional training in conjunction with relevant RTO’s. Data entry of Apprentices and Host Employer Information Monitor and Manager stock levels of stationery office, kitchen supplies, Apprentice PPE & onboarding equipment Provide assistance and support within the team Create and maintain reports as per Management requests. Assist with Apprentice & Host Employer Awards & attend industry functions as required. Rotate, assist and act as relief in Operations Officer positions to maintain the efficient and effective operations Maintain Position Manuals within the GTO. Assist with the review of EGT policies, procedures and guidelines. Accurately update and maintain EGT Databases.
