They require a full time Stock Controller/Licensing Officer to join a small admin team that handles all the administrative requirements of a busy luxury car dealership. About the role Required for immediate start the successful applicant’s responsibilities will include the following: Licensing of vehicles including new registration, transfers, renewals etc. Maintain accurate records of all vehicle stock Vehicle floorplan maintenance Registration of sales information through TUNE and SAP Experience in Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries Additional administrative tasks as per the Financial Controllers request Skills and experience We are looking for someone with the following attributes: Dealership experience is required Dealer online licensing experience essential TUNE experience is preferred but not essential Is reliable, accurate and methodical, and pays attention to detail Is energetic and positive Has an excellent telephone manner Is courteous and helpful Strong computer skills and organisational skills Has a smart and professional appearance Team Player This role would suit someone that has current dealership experience and is looking to work with a dealership that strives for excellence and provides a very safe, happy and supportive work environment.
