Working within a small corporate team, you will support executive reporting, governance documentation and internal coordination in a visible, fast-moving listed environment. You will work closely within the Executive Office and alongside senior leadership, operating with autonomy and genuine ownership across multiple functions. Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & Executive SupportAssist with preparation and coordination of Board papers and Board packsSupport ASIC reporting and company secretarial processesMaintain confidentiality and legal agreement registers, tracking key expiry datesAssist with AGM and EGM preparation and documentationPrepare agendas, maintain action registers and take minutes as requiredFormat reports, presentations, announcements and executive documentationSupport C-suite calendar coordinationCoordinate employee travel arrangements (excluding CEO and CFO) IR & Corporate CommunicationsPrepare and circulate daily market summary reportsCollate trading data across relevant exchanges and monitor market activityCoordinate investor relations events, vendors and stakeholder communicationsAssist with preparation and distribution of ASX announcementsManage corporate LinkedIn and X accountsMaintain and update the company website and intranet contentCoordinate electronic direct mail campaigns and maintain subscriber lists Corporate AdministrationMaintain employee records, registers and reporting spreadsheetsSupport employee lifecycle administration including role changes and remuneration updatesAssist with ESG data collection and internal training compliance tracking Corporate Office & OperationsOversee day-to-day office management within a professional corporate environmentMaintain presentation standards across reception and meeting spacesLiaise with building management, IT, telecoms and service providersManage mail, couriers, catering and office suppliesCoordinate internal and external corporate events, including AGM logisticsReconcile corporate credit cards on a monthly basis About YouYou may currently be:An experienced Executive Assistant seeking broader corporate exposureA senior Office Administrator ready to step into a more diverse roleA corporate administrator within a listed, professional services or resources environment You will bring:3-5 years’ experience in a corporate administration, governance or executive support roleStrong Microsoft Office capability and document formatting skillsExcellent written communication skillsConfidence working with senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and discretionStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive and accountable approach Experience within a listed company, resources or investor relations environment will be highly regarded.
