About the Role Join MTC and make a real difference! We’re looking for a passionate SEE Administration Support Officer to become part of our dynamic Education & Training team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity based at our Belconnen office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting programs that help people achieve their learning and employment goals. The working hours of the role are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. Reporting to the SEE Administration Team Leader , you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing efficient administrative support to the designated SEE site, staff and local referring agency network. Key duties of this role include: Meet and greet customers and centre visitors and provide exceptional customer service. Administrative duties including answering phones, booking and confirming appointments and entering of new client details into system. Cold calling eligible customers to obtain new referrals. Maintain the WHS and student complaints registers. Provide administrative assistance to our SEE internal stakeholders. Other duties as required. About You: The ideal applicant we are seeking will have: Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong customer service skills. High attention to detail. Ability to priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
