Generous leave policies that recognise our staff diversity Full-time / Fixed-term position Summary: The Program Coordinator, Specialist Education Accreditation, undertakes high quality administration and support for the governance and monitoring programs of the Specialist Education Accreditation portfolio. The role is responsible for providing professional support to the Specialist Education Accreditation Committee and the Progress Monitoring Sub Committee. The role reports to the Manager, Specialist Education Accreditation working alongside colleagues with similar roles in the section to ensure specialist medical education in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand meet accreditation standards. This position requires experience in administrative roles, excellent program coordination skills, attention to detail, writing and editing skills, and strong interpersonal skills. It is an interesting and varied role with opportunities to develop experience and skills in policy application and development, standards compliance, operational, and stakeholder management. Working with the Manager, Specialist Education Accreditation, the specialist education team and relevant operational teams: Responsibilities include but not limited to: Forward‑plan annual meetings and monitoring review workplans, including scheduling, attendance management, travel coordination, and invoicing. Prepare high‑quality agendas, letters, reports, and meeting papers, ensuring alignment with SEAC requirements and accurate documentation of recommendations, amendments, and follow‑up actions. Manage timely circulation of agendas, submission reviews, outcomes, and related materials to internal and external stakeholders. Support monitoring of accredited medical education providers by liaising with providers, reviewers, and stakeholders regarding submissions, reviews, and post‑SEAC responses. Allocate reviewers, proofread and edit monitoring and accreditation extension reviews, and maintain accurate records, templates, and workplans. Contribute to the broader Specialist Education Accreditation program, supporting SEAC meetings and ensuring AMC standards, policies, and procedures are followed. Manage administrative systems using Monday.com, ensuring accreditation statuses, reports, and records are current and accessible across platforms, including the AMC website. Oversee the specialist education accreditation shared inbox, maintain document quality and templates, and ensure accurate, compliant administrative record‑keeping. Qualifications: Proven ability to set and maintain high standards for detailed administrative work, including a high degree of accuracy and attention to details. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Join Us?
