About the Role We have an entry-level Junior Admin Support Officer position become available. The role will be responsible for providing office all-around support to our operations ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services. Initial processing of incident/accident information and maintaining databases. Monitor depot & vehicle CCTV systems to ensure ultimate performance. Managed and responded to customer contacts. Generating and processing invoices. General administrative support to other staff as required. Greet people entering the office in a friendly and professional manner and assist with customer/contractor enquiries. All other duties as required. About You Capable of communicating clearly and concisely, through verbal and written forms. Strong organisational skills and ability to provide excellent customer service. Using initiative and resourcefulness to find solutions for customers. Excellent time management skills Friendly, helpful, and can-do attitude with a bright, bubbly outlook.
