The role The Perth Accommodation Project contributes towards the successful achievements of the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) and Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE) strategic direction. The branch leads, consults, and plans for the delivery of a relocation and change program to transition both LGIRS and DMPE (via a Service Level Agreement) to new ways of working. As the Change Management Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery on the change management elements of this project, including the development, implementation and management of change management strategies. Key duties will include supporting programs related to this project, providing advice to business areas of change management strategies, designing, implementing and managing innovative and creative communication strategies, designing and facilitating multiple workshops, as well as a host of other key tasks. In this role, no two days will be the same and you will be contributing to successful relocation and business continuity of two agencies.
