Description Senior Project Manager - BGIS Location: Mascot Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value, stakeholder projects. This role requires strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, governance expertise, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and performance outcomes. The SPM will drive successful project execution from inception to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and aligned to approved KPIs and business cases. Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting, and control frameworks. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve critical issues. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and conflicting priorities. Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets, including cost control and financial reporting. Oversee procurement strategy, tender processes (RFT/RFP), and contract negotiations. Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual, legislative, and policy compliance. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, systems, and tools. Ensure compliance with HSEQ legislation, standards, and internal safety frameworks. Maintain ultimate accountability for safety leadership, risk planning, and incident management across the project lifecycle. About You Proven experience managing complex projects in construction or facilities Strong financial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent leadership and team development abilities. Sound understanding of OHS, quality, and environmental compliance systems. Results-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes. Current General Induction (White Card) for the Construction Industry. Relevant qualifications, such as a Graduate Diploma in Project Management or a Trade Certificate in Building, Construction, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
