What You’ll Be Doing: As a Business Development Manager for Porter’s Paints, you will drive profitable sales growth in Trade channels. You’ll build and maintain strong partnerships with architects, builders, and commercial painters to ensure Porter’s products are specified and the specification is held through project completion. You’ll proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, managing projects from specification to tender and tailoring coatings specifications to meet property and client needs. You will engage directly with trade representatives, builders, architectural teams, and key industry bodies to grow the commercial painting project pipeline, deliver CPD presentations, and provide technical support and guidance to the trade network. Your role will also involve collaboration across DuluxGroup’s Trade Stores and Commercial Teams to influence key stakeholders and maximise market opportunities.
