We are seeking two experienced Talent Sourcing Specialists to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition (TA) function within a large and complex organisation. These roles sit within the People Partnering & Services business unit and will focus on strategic sourcing, talent pipelining and maintaining sourcing channels to support critical hiring needs. This is an initial contract through to 30 June 2026 , with the possibility of extension . Parramatta | Hybrid Working | $500–$600 per day Super | Contract to 30 June 2026 About the Role These positions are part of the TA Operations team and work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners who manage stakeholder relationships and end-to-end recruitment. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will provide proactive sourcing support and help build strong talent pipelines across hard-to-fill and niche roles — particularly within technical and infrastructure-related disciplines. This is not a procurement sourcing role and not a stakeholder-facing TA Partner position. It is a specialist sourcing role with a strong candidate engagement focus. Key Responsibilities Partner with TA Partners to develop and execute sourcing strategies Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter projects and other sourcing tools Maintain and optimise sourcing channels including SEEK, Indeed and LinkedIn Proactively identify and engage passive candidates Maintain talent communities and nurture candidate relationships Support hard-to-fill and niche recruitment campaigns Manage candidate communications across email and LinkedIn Assist in operationalising recruitment activities within the TA function Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Strong Talent Acquisition experience (minimum 5 years preferred) Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment Proven experience using: LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn Talent Insights SEEK Premium Search Experience maintaining sourcing channels (SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a proactive, solution-focused sourcing environment Candidates without Talent Acquisition experience will not be considered.
