The Role As an Employment Consultant, you will: Manage a high-volume caseload of participants Actively engage with “work ready” job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes Conduct reverse marketing and build relationships with local employers Identify and address barriers preventing participants from becoming job ready Provide practical tools, support and confidence-building strategies to assist participants into employment Apply resilience, problem-solving skills and commercial acumen to maximise outcomes Work within a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and targets About You You will bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence and credibility when working with both participants and employers The ability to build rapport while maintaining accountability Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs and performance targets Solid computer skills, including MS Office A results-driven mindset with a genuine commitment to helping people succeed Experience Employment Services experience is highly valued however, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in retail, recruitment or similar fast paced results focused service environments. A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
