Join our Parent Pathways Penrith team , where you will be responsible for supporting Parents to identify and reach their education and employment goals, ultimately contributing to their long-term economic security . The role of the Me ntor is to provide comprehensive support, empowering and encouraging parents throughout the program . The successful candidate will be responsible for : Build trusted relationships across a caseload of participants providing a n elevated level of customer care and professional support throughout their journey Foster meaningful interaction through initial and ongoing participant appointments, guiding them to achieve their goals and unique program objectives Identify and address barriers to employment through referral to relevant community support services and provid e ongoing mentoring Facilitate job placements with local employers for job-ready participants and provide continuous support to ensure lasting employment success Work both independently and collaboratively to exceed KPI targets, driving team and personal success Ensure all tasks are executed in full compliance with Department guidelines, legislative requirements, and organi s ational procedures and policies ABOUT YOU Possess a minimum Certificate III qualification in fields such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant area s . O r be willing to pursue a relevant qualification Previous e xperience in a case management , employment services or social services is highly regarded Relevant l ived experience would be highly valued, as it enriches our support for participants experiencing barriers, whilst navigating a complex system.
