You will also …. • Lead the development and delivery of all change management activities, including strategy, planning, impact assessments, communications, training, and business readiness. • Integrate change management into project plans by working closely with project, delivery, and onboarding teams. • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications to ensure clear messaging and strong buy‑in across Courts, judicial officers, staff, and external partners. • Assess change impacts, risks, and business readiness, and recommend targeted interventions to support adoption and manage resistance. • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training, build change champion networks, support transition to BAU, and maintain accurate documentation for governance purposes.
