About the role: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Culture, Diversity and Wellbeing Advisor to support the delivery of initiatives that foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace. The role contributes subject matter expertise and data-informed insights to embed respectful behaviours, strengthen diversity and inclusion practices, and promote employee wellbeing in line with Forensicare’s strategic priorities. In this role you will: Support the implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion and wellbeing (DEIW) initiatives Provide advice to leaders and teams on inclusive practices and respectful behaviours Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate inclusive and wellbeing-focused practices Assist in the development and delivery of programs that build inclusive capability, promote employee wellbeing, and foster a culture of belonging. About You: You will thrive in this position if you are: Knowledgeable about DEIW legislation, workplace health requirements and wellbeing frameworks, and how they apply in practice. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly. A trusted advisor, with experience supporting leaders and teams on cultural and wellbeing matters. Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
