We deliver recovery‑focused programs for consumers living with serious mental illness who are involved with, or at risk of contact with, the justice system. About the Role The Medical Workforce Partner plays a pivotal role in managing the full medical workforce lifecycle of our Registrars and IMG’s, ensuring safe and effective staffing within a complex and highly specialised clinical environment. Working closely with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll support medical staff by delivering efficient systems and processes that uphold workforce integrity, service continuity, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for medical staff, including allocation and employment offers Manage and maintain medical rosters, resolving planned and unplanned vacancies and supporting after‑hours arrangements Act as the primary point of contact for medical workforce matters across internal and external stakeholders Support orientation, accreditation and training activities in partnership with clinical education leaders Oversee compliance requirements including AHPRA monitoring, privacy, credentialing and adherence to industrial agreements Maintain accurate workforce records to support governance, audits and accreditation processes Provide high‑level advice and contribute to workforce policy, systems and continuous improvement initiatives Partner across the organisation on capability, wellbeing, inclusion and workforce development programs About You Experience in complex rostering within an established system Experience maintaining HR master data and producing workforce reports Previous experience in medical workforce management (desirable) Knowledge of health sector awards, agreements and compliance frameworks Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously To access a detailed position description, please click Medical Workforce Partner. *Please Note - Applications will be reviewed and interviewed as they are received.
