About the Role Dysons is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to play a key role in supporting HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team, this is a hands-on generalist role that supports recruitment and onboarding, HR systems administration, compliance, reporting, and training coordination. You will be a central point of contact for frontline leaders and employees, providing day-to-day HR support while helping deliver key people initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities Support frontline leaders with routine HR matters, including the preparation of standard correspondence, escalating more complex matters to the HR Business Partnering team Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities including coordinating group interviews , driver assessments and pre-employment medicals for high-volume recruitment Coordinate training and development activities and support the delivery of HR programs Maintain employee compliance documentation/licencing and support the preparation of monthly reporting Maintain accurate employee records and lifecycle documentation in the HRIS About You If you are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting people and processes, we want to hear from you!
