Your next career opportunity As an Administration Assistant at Grimwade Conservation Services, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of specialist conservation treatments and projects. You will have the opportunity to manage administrative operations, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with safety standards, all while contributing to the preservation of cultural heritage. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Administrative Operations: Oversee daily tasks such as mail distribution, telephone enquiries, and procurement of office supplies. Ensure Accurate Invoicing: Collaborate with the Finance team to issue, reconcile, and cross-check client invoices, resolving any issues efficiently. Maintain Safety and Compliance: Conduct OHS lab inspections, manage the Chemical Manifest, conduct contract and staff inductions and ensure equipment maintenance and safety procedures are followed. Support Conservation Projects: Assist with basic conservation tasks under supervision and provide logistical support for meetings and events. You may be a great fit if: You are a detail-oriented graduate with a keen interest in conservation and the arts, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively. You may also: Have experience in an administrative role involving invoicing and procurement. Possess excellent attention to detail and data management skills. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Appreciate cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural issues in conservation.
