You will manage complex scheduling and correspondence, coordinate logistics, and engage with stakeholders, contributing to seamless operations across academic, research, and public health initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Complex Scheduling: Oversee calendars and diaries, prioritising meeting requests and coordinating logistics with internal and external partners. Coordinate Events and Travel: Organise domestic and international travel, events, and workshops, providing on-site support and managing logistics.
