Join us as the LAMP Coordinator and help shape the next generation of leaders The Leadership and Management Program (LAMP) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the ongoing development of emerging and current leaders across C&K. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of LAMP events, ensuring smooth delivery, strong participant engagement, and high‑quality program outcomes. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the program by managing logistics, communication, and continuous improvement activities. This is a fixed term position 1 day per week until June 2027. Coordinate the full lifecycle of LAMP events, ensuring delivery to budget, timelines, and program objectives. Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including registrations, travel arrangements, resource preparation, and feedback processes. Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support successful program delivery. Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers to achieve efficiencies and value for money. Support the Head of Operational Excellence with program administration and operational tasks. Oversee the LAMP inbox and respond to participant and stakeholder enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
