Due to an internal transfer, we have a rare opportunity to join our team at the Rochedale World of Homes sales office as a New Home Consultant. Our established Rochedale World of Homes features ten stunning display homes on one street and attracts consistent, high quality foot traffic every week. This flagship location provides an exceptional platform for strong sales performance. You will be supported by an associate, an assistant and another Consultant who also works from this busy display. About the Role You will engage buyers, manage enquiries and guide customers through the new home journey, supported by a strong brand, structured processes and a collaborative on site team. You will: Deliver a professional, welcoming customer experience Engage, qualify and nurture prospective buyers alongside the wider display team Manage enquiries, follow ups and pipeline activity using CRM systems Build strong relationships that drive conversion and customer satisfaction About You Proven success in new home sales Strong understanding of the new build process Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Ability to thrive in a busy, high traffic environment Confident CRM capability and structured follow up skills Professional, consistent and customer focused approach This role offers the opportunity to work from a high profile location with strong walk in traffic and an experienced, supportive on site team.
