Regional Sales Manager South East Queensland $130,000 Super $15,000 Car Allowance Up to 20% Commission The Opportunity A high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven sales professional ready to take full ownership of a key region. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of six Sales Consultants across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. With the majority of revenue generated from Brisbane, this role is pivotal to driving performance, strengthening capability and expanding market presence. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who leads from the front and thrives in the field. The Role You will be accountable for overall regional performance, leading a team of six consultants to achieve and exceed their monthly targets. While you will not carry an individual sales budget, you will take full responsibility for the team's results, capability uplift and territory growth. Weekly structure includes: Monday: 1:1 performance meetings and coaching Tuesday to Thursday: Field-based activity supporting sales, training and lead generation Friday: Planning, reporting, operational oversight and strategic development You will also deliver short-form presentations to generate new business opportunities and expand referral networks. The Profile We are seeking a proven sales leader with: A strong personal sales background in high-performance environments Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams A resilient, gritty and growth-focused mindset The ability to coach, influence and elevate performance Confidence presenting and building commercial relationships Backgrounds from consultative or premium sales environments such as jewellery, furniture, pharmaceutical or direct sales will be highly regarded. Brisbane-based candidates are preferred, with flexibility to travel across the region as required.
