About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and motivated Cultural and Pathways Governance Coordinator to provide high-level governance, coordination and executive support within a dynamic public sector environment. This role sits within a People, Engagement and Operations division and plays a critical part in supporting cultural governance, pathways initiatives, and strategic organisational priorities. You will operate with a high degree of independence while working collaboratively across teams and with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic executive support to senior cultural leadership Draft and coordinate high-quality executive, Assembly and Ministerial briefs, submissions and correspondence Lead governance coordination and quality assurance across documentation and reporting Manage workflows, track actions and maintain accurate records (Objective ECM) Prepare agendas, meeting papers and minutes for high-level forums Support financial and procurement processes (including accounts payable and reconciliation) Build strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and internal networks Contribute to business improvement, governance enhancements and operational efficiencies About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience preparing high-quality Ministerial or executive briefs Strong attention to detail and ability to work in confidential environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability Understanding of governance processes and ethical responsibilities Commitment to values-based leadership, equity, diversity and inclusion Experience in executive support or office management is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
