The Role: As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects across multiple asset classes in the planning and construction phases. Whether you come from a developer or consultancy background, you will coordinate across all stages of delivery, work closely with senior leaders, and gain exposure beyond traditional built-form projects. You will: Manage project programmes, budgets and key stakeholder relationships Oversee consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery Identify and manage project risks to maintain programme and commercial outcomes Support and lead PCG meetings at critical stages Develop capability across feasibility, approvals and delivery This is not a siloed role. It is broad, commercially grounded and designed for progression.
