Critical Facilities Manager - Data Centre Permanent position Day shift hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) Mount Waverley location $160K-$180K per annum super bonus scheme The Company Australia Wide Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Manager to join a leading global data centre operator. With rapid growth in the data centre industry, driven by increased data generation and technological advancements including AI, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of mission-critical infrastructure within a world-class organisation. The position requirements include but are not limited to: Management of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, ensuring maximum reliability Managing and supporting on-site technical teams and external contractors across preventive, reactive, and capital works Monitoring of building management systems (BMS) and leading incident response Driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all site activities Supporting continuous improvement initiatives To be considered for this role you should ideally possess the following: Electrical A Grade Licence is essential - HVAC experience highly regarded Proven experience managing teams in a data centre environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to respond to infrequent call-outs as required On Offer Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm $160,000 - $180,000 per year super bonus scheme We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
