Duration: Until end of April, strong potential to extend or go permanent We're representing a well-established commercial builder delivering a technically complex project now entering commissioning. This isn't a "hard hat and pour the slab" Foreman role. The structure is largely complete. What's needed now is someone experienced enough to coordinate the moving parts, keep documentation tight, and make sure the final stages run smoothly. There are roughly 60 personnel on site during this phase, largely services and specialist contractors. You'll sit in the middle of it all, ensuring day-to-day coordination, compliance and communication are handled properly. The Role Site coordination during commissioning Working closely with services and electrical contractors Supporting safety processes and documentation Managing interfaces between trades and consultants Keeping records, permits and site processes under control Making sure things move forward without drama The Ideal Background Experienced Foreman or senior Project Engineer with strong site exposure Comfortable in services-heavy environments (M&E focus) Good understanding of safety and site compliance Organised, process-driven and calm under pressure Data centre or complex commercial project experience highly regarded This role would suit someone who enjoys the coordination side of delivery, someone who understands services, documentation and sequencing, and who doesn't need babysitting to get things done. If you're available immediately and want to step into a structured, well-run project with real potential beyond April, let's have a conversation.
