You’ll be the go-to banking partner for a diverse mix of commercial and agribusiness customers across Northern Victoria. You’ll spend your days out in market getting to know local businesses, understanding what makes them tick and shaping lending solutions that help them grow. You’ll handle everything from cashflow lending to more complex deal structures, always backed by a supportive team that knows the region inside out. This is a full-time role based in Bendigo on Dja Dja Wurrung Country. What do I need? Strong commercial lending experience including structuring more complex deals Well developed credit skills across cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and risk assessment A proven ability to build and grow customer relationships with genuine focus on business development A strong network of local referral source and the confidence to continue expanding it Experience with commercial or agribusiness customers is helpful but not essential as long as you can bring curiosity and the right mindset Why join us?
