An opportunity for a Head of Finance to join a growing Property and Real Estate Juggernaut. The role will commence as a contract for 12 -15 months, manage a team of 6 and business partner with both operations and C-suite, having a direct impact on the commercial and strategic direction of the business. Description Responsibilities for the Head of Finance will include but not be limited to: Lead the finance function and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team Contribute to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and acquisition activity Provide commercial insights to support decision-making across development, asset management, and operations Drive financial performance and profitability across the portfolio Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Partner with property and retail shopping centre managers & dealing with escalations Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements Lead feasibility analysis and financial modelling for new developments and acquisitions Oversee capital management and funding structures Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and financial processes Team development, management, leadership, recruitment Continuous improvement projects Other ad hoc responsibilities as required by the Group CFO Profile CA/CPA qualification Background in property, ideally real estate (shopping centres/retail property) Experience in a similar role, managing a similar sized team of 4-7 direct reports Excellent presentation and communication skills & a good attention to detail Strong commercial acumen Job Offer Competitive remuneration level ASAP start Opportunity for growth, development High performing team and an excellent working culture/environment Organisation experiencing ongoing growth & transformation To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
