As we expand our global footprint and navigate the complexities of the regulated financial services landscape, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to take full ownership of our end-to-end commercial performance. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the architect of our revenue growth. You’ll manage the P&L, define our global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and ensure our brokerage economics are world-class. This is a role for a disciplined, data-driven leader who knows how to balance growth ambitions within a regulated environment. Your Primary Focus The CCO ensures Swyftx balances growth ambitions with commercial discipline, regulatory considerations, and long-term value creation. Commercial P&L Ownership: Scale all revenue streams, optimising margin performance and unit economics. Global GTM Strategy: Design and execute repeatable market-entry playbooks across new and existing geographies. Brokerage Excellence: Drive pricing, packaging, and commercial economics across our financial services offerings. Strategic Alliances: Source and structure high-impact partnerships and multi-million dollar revenue-generating deals. Market Expansion: Grow customer segments in a commercially disciplined and repeatable manner. What you’ll bring You are a seasoned executive with a "builder" mentality and a deep understanding of financial services is essential. You likely have: Executive Leadership: Significant executive-level experience within the financial services industry, including regulated environments such as brokerage, fintech, payments, banking, wealth, or capital markets P&L Mastery: A proven track record of owning revenue outcomes and complex pricing strategies. Deal-Making Prowess: Experience sourcing and closing multi-million dollar commercial alliances. Global Vision: The ability to scale models across multiple geographies and diverse customer segments. Strategic Judgement: You balance raw data with commercial intuition and regulatory awareness.
