The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who is motivated by impact, ownership, and long term relationships. This role offers the opportunity to step into a well-established brand with existing industry relationships, strong market credibility, and the autonomy to grow your desk with full organisational support. You will play a key role in shaping client and candidate partnerships, mentoring within the team, and contributing to the future growth of our healthcare division.
