This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator who is ready to play a key role in leading complex matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the strategic direction of the team. Working in a high performing team, you will be involved in a wide range of complex commercial and regulatory disputes work including general commercial litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters (including advice, investigations and defence of prosecutions) across a variety of industry sectors such as mining, energy and resources, real estate, manufacturing, retail, technology, entertainment, sports and government. You will be a strong candidate if you have: 7-8 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or a related disputes practice. Proven experience managing significant files and running matters end-to-end. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy capabilities.
