You’ll learn the fundamentals of sourcing, screening and candidate engagement while being supported by experienced consultants. If you’re organised, eager to learn and great on the phone, this is your entry point. Recruitment Consultant For those with some runs on the board. You’ll manage your own desk of active roles, build client relationships and take ownership of the full recruitment cycle. A great fit if you have experience in recruitment, sales or a client-facing role and want to back yourself. Senior Recruitment Consultant For proven performers ready to have a bigger impact. You’ll manage key client accounts, mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction of the business. Bring your track record — we’ll give you the platform. Business Development Manager For experienced professionals who thrive on winning new business. You’ll identify opportunities, build partnerships and drive revenue across our target sectors. Ideal if you combine strong commercial instincts with genuine relationship-building skills. What You’ll Be Doing The day-to-day will vary depending on your role, but across all positions you can expect to be involved in: Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, referrals and direct outreach Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates Managing active roles across civil, mining, trades and general labour sectors Coordinating interviews, compliance checks and onboarding Contributing to a team that genuinely enjoys working together Developing your desk, your skills and your earnings Who We’re Looking For We’re open-minded about backgrounds.
