As an Administration Officer in Human Resources Support, you’ll provide high-quality, client-focused administrative support that helps our HR team deliver vital workforce services across hospital and community settings! About This Role About your role As an Administration Officer in Human Resources Support, you will provide accurate, efficient and professional administrative assistance to the HR team. In This Role, You Will Provide high-quality administrative support to the Manager and HR team Manage correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries, ensuring timely responses Prepare letters, memos and documentation in line with HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate records management systems and ensure data integrity Organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and team needs About You You are organised, adaptable and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting both people and processes. You Will Bring Experience in administrative support, ideally within HR or a professional services environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic records systems A relevant qualification is highly regarded but not mandatory.
