About This Role Your new role: Role As the Administration Support Officer, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Nurse Manager, MSAMHS Central Staffing, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key aspects of the role include: Providing responsive customer service by managing enquiries via phone, email and in person, and prioritising correspondence to meet deadlines Supporting workforce operations through data entry, database maintenance, reporting, quality audits and preparation of nursing rosters Assisting with HR, payroll and recruitment processes, including maintaining documentation and liaising with payroll and stakeholders Delivering comprehensive administrative support such as document preparation, filing, ordering supplies, travel arrangements and other duties as required About You You are an organised and adaptable administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and demonstrates sound judgment at all times.
