This role will be supporting a busy Partner who is positioned as a leader of the Projects practice within the firm. This role will be well suited to an organised and proactive administrative assistant who is capable of prioritising and taking responsibility for day to day tasks supporting their team. Key Responsibilities: Act as a central point of connection for the team, supporting day‑to‑day coordination and fostering a strong, well‑connected team environment beyond core work activities. Managing partners inbox and calendar Assisting partner to meet deadlines and ensure smooth running of practice Complex billing, time coding and reporting Matter opening and management Stakeholder and client communication management Assisting with events and business development activities Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings Required skills and personal attributes: Demonstrated administrative support experience within a legal environment Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitments High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook and Excel) Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.
