The Senior Registry Officer is responsible for management and supervision of the Records team and the Client Service Manager, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant registry services. This includes offering informed advice regarding record management practices whilst ensuring the efficient management of Court and Commission files and documents in accordance with the Industrial Relations Act 2016 and the Industrial Relations (Tribunals) Rules 2011.
