The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $30m or $1m - $10m in commercial lending, as well as delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice. We want to hear from you if you have: Demonstrated people management – Coach a team to develop uncommon customer focus, risk & credit skills and capabilities A real passion to lead and further develop a skilled team Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding Leadership capability and a strong risk management focus A strong success orientation and are engaged and motivated A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded The Executive Manager plays a key role in being an expert across business banking, credit, risk and continuous improvement and will lead our team to meet their potential whilst delivering successful client outcomes.
