Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage projects currently in delivery phase Ensure all documentation, approvals and compliance requirements are met Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of workmanship Liaise closely with Centre Managers and internal stakeholders Track timelines and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule Obtain and assess contractor quotes for tenancy works Ensuring all parties meet their responsibilities within the agreed timeframes and budgets Building relationships and working with the appointed landlord’s contractors, retailers, design consultants, and shopfitters to ensure they understand and comply with all aspects of the design and delivery process The Candidate: This role requires someone who can prioritise, achieve high workloads, meet deadlines, develop and implement systems. Previous experience in a similar project environment (either Landlord or Retailer side) Capable of delivering on tight timeframes Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximise efficiency and performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to be flexible and move around different tasks as required.
