Description Coordinate and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project life cycle. Support the broader projects team throughout the civil construction phases Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department. Profile A successful Project Coordinator should have: A background in the property or construction industry. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive approach and ability to solve problems effectively. Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction projects.
