The Role We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our high-performing team in Perth. In this critical role, you will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of complex and large-scale projects. You’ll contribute to shaping recruitment strategies, driving process improvements, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across white- and blue-collar roles. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing tailored advice on sourcing strategies. Proactively source and pipeline talent to meet current and future workforce demands. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Champion UGL’s employer brand, ensuring it is consistently reflected in all candidate interactions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Support workforce planning and reporting, ensuring data integrity and accurate metrics. About You You are an experienced recruiter with a passion for partnering with the business to deliver results. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing competing priorities with professionalism and precision. Skills & Experience Proven experience in high volume, blue- & white-Collar recruitment, preferably within the Resources & Energy (Turnaround/Shutdown experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms. Demonstrated experience in developing or supporting onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience. (MYPASS experience advantageous) Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels. A commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
