We are seeking a experienced Recruiter to join a Not For Profit organisation within the Human Resources department on a part time basis. They provides evidence based, age appropriate, prevention and early intervention mental health education programs to young people Description Reporting to the HR Manager you will support with the recruitment of casual pool, and permanent employees. Responsibilities include: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using a variety of tools and platforms. Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation. Provide support and advice on recruitment best practices to internal stakeholders. Promote the organisation's mission and values to attract candidates aligned with their goals. Profile A successful Part Time Recruiter should have: You will have a strong recruitment track record. A mix of casual and permanent recruitment is preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outcome focused. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.
