Position Available : People & Capability Officer Location : Adelaide About the Role: This role provides support to the Human Resources team and responsible for administrative duties across an employee’s lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update HRIS. Manage the HR inbox and respond to staff queries. Assist with updating the Employee Hub. Process staff rewards and recognition. Preparation, collation and distribution of documents. Review staff changes and follow up as necessary. Drafting of employment contract and letters. Assist with reporting and analytics. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and initiatives. Maintain and update HR Guides and manuals. Follow company policies and procedures. Travel between depots to provide HR support. Other duties as required. Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources. Understanding of Fair Work and legislative obligations with the ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements. Detailed orientated administrator with demonstrated experience ideally in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with all levels of staff and management. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage competing and changing priorities. Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
