About the R ole Join us as a Senior Programs Officer , where you’ll lead program administration, strengthen governance and risk practices, evaluate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across major initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with industry and internal stakeholders to shape program direction, provide practical compliance and risk advice, and embed best practice project methodologies to support successful program delivery. About You To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following: Experience administering grant programs or contracts, including assessing applications and ensuring compliance with program guidelines. Strong capability in governance, risk management and tracking funded projects from approval through to completion. Skills in monitoring milestones, evaluating program outcomes, and identifying improvements. High‑quality writing skills for briefs, submissions and grant program documentation. Confident stakeholder engagement, with the ability to collaborate with industry and internal teams and provide practical advice on compliance, scope and risk. Excellent organisation and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple grants.
