Position Overview In this role, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and ensuring public safety across our multiple leisure centres including the Sutherland Leisure Centre, Caringbah Leisure Centre, Engadine Leisure Centre, and Como Pool. You will respond to emergencies, supervise activities, and maintain hygiene standards while providing excellent customer service. Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool visitors. Ensure safety regulations are met. Respond to emergency situations remaining calm and professional. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the pool facilities. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a strong focus on achieving safety and service excellence. If you hold the following credentials and qualities, we’d love to hear from you: Pool Lifeguard Licence (RLSS). Pool Operations Certificate, desirable but not mandatory. First Aid Certificate and CPR. Valid NSW Working With Children Check. Understanding of hygiene practices and general facility upkeep. A positive attitude and the ability to connect with the public.
