Your Role in Our Mission As the Executive Assistant to the Director of Infrastructure, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to manage and coordinate various departments, including Asset Strategy & Delivery, Civil Works & Presentation, and Parks & Natural Areas. Your exceptional organisational skills will ensure effective communication and operational excellence across the Directorate. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing presentations, reports, and coordinating council meetings, while also acting as the Secretariat for various committees.
