Our Strahan team is looking for a Net Cleaner! Working a 7/7 roster, this is the perfect position for those looking for a great work life balance. The Role Perform thorough cleaning of machines and equipment between leases and daily operations. Follow all SOPs and biosecurity protocols to minimise disease transfer between fish populations Carry out pre-start checks and function tests on all machinery and deck equipment. Accurately complete maintenance request forms and ensure timely submission to management. Submit net cleaning control forms promptly to data entry and ensure all tasks are completed to a consistently high standard. Work with other departments to optimise equipment affecting net cleaning (e.g., feed and ventilation systems). Communicate issues clearly and promptly with management and crew. About you Strong time management skills and the willingness to learn new skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within a team. Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
