The Role We're looking for Almond Harvest Machinery Operator / Orchard Hand to join a busy almond operation working across two sites: Lake Powell, VIC and Tooleybuc, NSW. This is a practical, hands-on role in the agriculture industry where you'll support harvest and general orchard activities across both orchards. The work is a blend of machinery operation and manual tasks in an outdoor, safety-first environment with a team-focused culture. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll help keep harvest and day-to-day orchard operations running smoothly across both sites by safely operating machinery and supporting general orchard work as needed. Operate almond harvest machinery including shakers, sweepers and bank outs Drive and operate tractors and other orchard equipment Assist with general orchard work and manual tasks Complete pre-start checks, basic servicing and report maintenance needs Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently as part of the crew Support harvest and broader orchard operations as required Benefits $32.04 per hour penalty rates 2-3 months of steady seasonal work 65 hours per week Strong opportunity to build experience in almond harvest operations and orchard machinery Ongoing support from Agri Labour Australia throughout your placement Your Skills & Experience Experience operating tractors and/or orchard machinery (preferred) Comfortable with physical, outdoor work and changing conditions Strong safety awareness and a willingness to follow site procedures Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team Current driver's licence (preferred) Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
